Clelian Heights is a licensed, private, non-profit, educational, residential and vocational facility for children and adults with developmental disabilities. It is owned and operated by the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a community of religious women working primarily in the field of education. Founded in 1961, Clelian Heights is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through the Departments of Education and Public Welfare.
